Sharing knowledge
Who We Are
An open space created by technicians, for technicians. Shared knowledge on industrial automation since 2012.
Our Story
My name is Jose Manuel Luque and I live in Barcelona (Spain).
I am a technician by profession and have always worked in industry. In recent years I have focused on programming PLCs, HMIs, SCADAs, etc. — and above all, learning...
«Never regard study as a duty, but as the enviable opportunity to learn to know the liberating influence of beauty in the realm of the spirit.» — Albert Einstein
I decided to create this space (July 2012) on the internet to share the knowledge I have acquired over time — and that I continue to acquire today, since every day is a new opportunity...

Team & Contributors
I am Pedro Pagán Pallarés, from Murcia, and co-author of this website. I met Jose Manuel while we were working together in industry, and we connected immediately — not only professionally but also as friends. I have over 10 years dedicated to industrial automation and, like him, I have always believed that knowledge is worth more when shared. Although today we each pursue different paths, the friendship remains intact, as does our enthusiasm for continuing to build this project together. For me, being part of PLC-HMI-SCADAS is a way of giving back to the community everything this profession has given me.

Vision & AI
We are living through an unprecedented technological shift. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we work, design, and solve problems in industry.
At PLC-HMI-SCADAS, we want to bring automation technicians closer to these new tools — such as GitHub Copilot, code assistants, and AI models — to achieve higher quality solutions, in less time, and with better results.
PLC-HMI-SCADAS is not an academy or a company — it is an open space, created by technicians, for technicians. A shared knowledge project where every article, every correction, and every suggestion contributes.
